Timed myself the other day and it took me 45 minutes and that is with the 
engine and trans split apart sitting on the floor without spilling the 
trans oil. Takes a little longer to get it all back together again. Now I 
get to do it all over again on another car to replace the oil pump, clutch 
and pressure plate. I did learn something the other day, that it is easier 
to pull the engine to replace the rod bearings then to try to do it while 
rolling around on your back on a creeper.
