Cap'n Bob knows a HECK of a lot more about spridgets than me so I'm not
officially disagreeing but I'd just like to throw in that, on my 1500, I'm
running the non-heated manifold and my car goes like a raped ape from about 1
1/2 minutes after you start it. Before that it still accelerates fine if you
use a touch of choke. It always idles, from cold startup to 200 degrees. For
whatever it's worth.
