Uhh, Cap'n, the TANK is supposed to be pulling the vapors from the 
cannister, NOT vice versa. The "vacuum" created by the fuel being pumped to 
the carbs is intended to suck the vapors out of the cannister, hence the 
need for a non-vented cap.
