Good question, but... no. Problem exists on windy or calm days... so the
possibility of it being off axis in the wind is not the problem... and
unlike satellite TV, it's not affected by storms or clouds. It's radio.

sounds more like normal weather issues.  does the tower sway at all? 
you gots one of them blinking LED setups?  i used to have some speed
monitors, but they all cost money to be the least bit useful.
