So you had the coolant leaks prior to finding "loose" headbolts.

Well OK....what's done is done in terms of  tightening sequence. No sense 
crying over spilt milk in any case.

The good news is initial heating of the motor MAY very well set things straight 
as the head "moves" upon the initial temperature changes. 

May I suggest (you probably already thought of this) you wash down the motor
to present as "clean" a surface as possible in this respect, prior to initial 
running?
