For the intake Cannon manifold, I drilled and tapped a pipe thread where the 
flat is (the spot for Mini brake booster, I think). I did not run a balance 
tube and 1&2 were always a bit lean. I'd add a balance tube if I were doing it 
again. I used a chrysler K-car PCV valve. For Maniflow intake, I'm not using 
one (successfully) but I'd weld in a cross tube with a hose barb to go to a PCV 
valve.
