I switched to the APT push rods which I'm guessing are hollow (they are  
thicker).  I haven't bent one yet.  I have bent the standard ones but  that 
engine did see more regular high rpm than this engine (car had a 4 speed  box 
in so anything over 100mph need high rpm).
