Armand's solution is much to simple and makes too much sense! Please do not
attempt to read my tirade on "electricity 101" if you are the practical type.
Sounds like Armand found that unwanted resistor in the ground return of the
turn signal light that I warned you about. Placing a volt meter from the
ground side of the light bulb to a good ground like the battery minus post
will show an unwanted voltage drop when the light is attempting to light.
There I go again!
