Hi:
Ground in TIGERs and in all cars is really a critical part of the
electrical system. I saw an interesting little test done on my TIGER. I was
having some strange intermittent problems with eletrics including poor
ignition. My nephew, who owns his own auto repair shop, put a test light
clip on the engine and then grounded it on the car body. He said start the
car and the light glowed. Poor ground to engine was his diagnosis. He said
the same test applies when there is a bad ground anywhere in the car. Gets
me . . . I have trouble understanding why electricity does not run out of
an extension cord.
