Chris, I purchased my letter from a sign maker.  They matched the size
and font of Tiger letters, and cut it out of an adhesive backed vinyl.

Take your old gauge to a hobby or artist shop, and match the color with
the small paint jars, or ask the salesperson if they are knowledgeable.  

Remember, that you must thin the paint and apply just a little, as the
extra weight of heavy paint will affect the gauge.
