Cold Starts?

I've driven here in Vermont for better than 30 cold winters.  Any Vermonter 
will tell you that for dependable cold starts you need a car in good repair 
or tune and the biggest battery that will fit in the tray (without the 
terminals touching the hood wh

Last night here had a wind chill factor of -52 degrees.  The Volvo started
