Well, I've been trying to find that super racing pump that Mickey Rooney
used in his 1940's movie Indy type car.

It was mounted on the right hand side (only 1 seat) and consisted of a
long tubular member mounted on the side, and a bicycle pump type plunger.

When he really needed to go fast to pass someone, he would pump it
vigorously, while whipping the steering wheel from side-to-side.

He won every race!

Can't beat that kind of performance. (I even think he was making "vroom"
sounds in his mouth)
