I have a set of Cosmic wheels like the Harrington Tiger. The back spacing
measures 4-3/16" at the outer most lip of the rim. The clearance at the tie
rod could be measured with a thin feeler gage. Thus, I would have to say
4-3/16" is the absolute maximum you could go with 13" wheels and still have
them fit.
 Though I would hate to not use my Cosmics, but I also want to use the MGB
steering arms and with Cosmics were talking spacers for that.
