test (getting tougher every year). No investment will be recovered.
The price of 1976 and earlier cars will keep increasing, until they try

Please do not write that you are safe, as your state does not have such
a Draconian law. It will. What starts in California, in fashion, music,
food, cars, lifestyle, rolls it's way across country in a max. of 10
years, No rationale needed, just observation. And your insurance ACV
will decline with the obsolescence of maintaining your year car to the
new laws.
