Not so. I had mine burn through at an out of state meet.after it came in
contact w/the headers.
Therte's an easy roadside repair.
You do carry an emergency tool kit don't you?
Simply pinch the line closed w/a vice grip & duct-tape the vice grip so it
won't get in the way.
Worked for me.
