Don't know how fast it was, but a couple years ago at the TE/AE United in
Harrisburg PA there was this yellow Mk II tiger with a stroked 302 (347?)
making over 500 HP and then he had a 300 HP nitrous kit on it. According to
the story he told, he's only punched the nitrous button once: on a
racetrack with a LONG straight at about 110 mph and he immediately lit up
both rear tires (LSD). Tiger got real squirelly and he lifted, drove
straight to the pits to change his underwear! Don't know if the tale is
true but if sure is fun telling to car guys! Keep on Tigering!
