Thanks Phil, I figured as much.  Many years have passed and if  the guy 
really had  mark 11 he could have forgotten.
An interesting point....... I assume that the cars were delivered  to the US 
with the stalk on the right side and they were moved to the left by  either 
the dealers or the owners.  Mine was still on the right when I got  my car.
Anyone know the answer to how they were delivered?
