Spare tire tie down plate

I'm not sure exactly what it's called, but does anyone know if you can buy the
threaded plate which is welded to the trunk floor.  It's the dome shaped plate
that the spare tire tie down screws into.  Mine is all mangled up.....would
like to replace it so I can hook  the spare tire down.  Was hoping this piece
can be purchased separately/new vs. cutting one off an Alpine (I'm assuming
the Tiger and Alpine plates are the same?).  Thanks!
