Tim is restoring a rare early car in Balmoral Gray that came from the
factory with an Azure Blue interior. This is a beautiful combination and
only 1 percent of all Tigers were in this combination. I have a database on
3397 cars with reported color codes. Of that group only 27 were in color
code 76.
I know he is facing a "challenging restoration" so lets all give him
whatever assistance we can.
And bravo to Tim for keeping one more on the road.
PS Would anyone care to hazard a guess as to the rarest colors of all only 1
each of these two colors has been reported?

It's your car do what you will.
I have waited a long time for a Tiger and finally bought one, for me a
stock resto with a few unseen mods for safety is what I want to do. Some
purest would say this is not a stock resto, but I want to drive my Tiger
not trailer it around, so the safety mods are a must.
We all love our Tigers and want to preserve them, some want more stock
then others, but the main idea is to account for as many Tigers as
possible and keep them on the road.
