I'm not qualified to comment on issuance of a new sticker or certificate
based upon a prior exam
but someone else may. I just respond to let you know there is a TAC event on
Nov 1st
in Anaheim if you want to bring your car up. Info can be found on the CAT
website.
I will get my car examined for the first time then.
