[Tigers] Radiator header tank question

Just a comment about the coolant level in the cooling tank. 
 
If you add an overflow tank and a cap like a Stant with a double seal  and 
a toggle relief valve, you can keep the tank and radiator  absolutely full 
at all times so that; 
    *   the radiator is always full of coolant and all of the  radiator 
core is used.  
    *   there will be no aeration of the coolant to degrade the waterpump  
efficiency. 
    *   when the engine gets hot, the over flow coolant is saved and 
returned to  the tank during cool down rather than on the road or track.  
    *   the overflow tank becomes the place to check the coolant level 
without  removing the cap.
