Wiring up new wiper switch/pump assy

Sure , this may seem rather mundane inlight of other requests I've seen this 
a.m., but it has me perplexed nonetheless. Am attempting to incorporatenew 
wiper switch to my Spit. New switch has standard four lead array and an extra 
two wires off back center. Assume they go to new pump switch (as old wiper 
switch had manual hyd. pump built in )  Have succeeded in attaining both speeds 
to motor but cannot get pump to function.  Any advice as to new wiring sequence 
would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all
