My 73 TR6 starts cold with about 80 psi at idle and drops to 50 psi at 3000 RPM when hot with 20-50W Castrol oil. I installed a spin-on oil filter adaptor about 6 months ago and found that the hot oil pressure dropped about 5 to 10 psi as compared to the old side-mount filter. Has anyone else noticed a similar drop in oil pressure after they installed the spin-on filter? Brian Lanoway 73 TR6 |
