Bay View Books,  1992 says that 1961 had commission #1 - 6730 and 1963
starting commission numbers 6731 - 12151, then jumping to 15001 in
September of '63.
It's a really great book for anyone with an interest tn Heralds and
Vitesses, but I have never seen it advertised for sale in the states.
