I just wanted to comment on "all the TRF bashing" and similar threads
that keep coming up...

It's not BASHING... There is nothing wrong with commenting on both
negative and positive experiences with venders.

That's what this forum is about. And it can only lead to better service
from the venders.

In regards to VB vs. RF... Victoria British has been disappointing when
it comes to getting ORIGINAL parts or even quality parts... but I
stopped buying my parts from RF when I started my current car... because
despite being a regular customer back when C. Runyan was starting the RF
out of an apartment... I corresponded with RF and Mr. Runyan about 7
times...(a couple years ago) and NEVER got a reply...

He writes in his newsletters about how swamped he is and behind in his
mail... but I say, HIRE A SECRETARY!!!

So I've been buying my parts from Moss and VB mostly... with only an
occasional part from RF...

...so I've only spent a few thousand dollars on this car... okay...
maybe more than a few thousand... (RF got about $150 of that.)
