I've only experienced this once in all the cars I've worked on.
I used a 1/2 drive breaker bar about 18" long.
I have no idea why the plug froze in it's hole, but be careful not to
let any porcelian chips fall into the plug hole (you will break the
plug). Maybe someone else has another idea. Good luck....
