It's time to touch up the odd paint chips and scratches on the TR4A.  

Some time ago, someone wrote up a technique he had used to successfully
touch-in paint imperfections.  If my memory is correct, it involved an

This morning, I went to my trusty Eudora mailboxes to view the article and
couldn't find it.  Doing a machine search on "pencil" wasn't any more
successful.

If anyone still has the text, I'd appreciate a copy.  I promise to try the
technique and report back on it's success.
