Crash Pad Removal

Hello all,

        I recently removed my crash pad(top of dash) and had problems taking
it off in one piece. Since it was already damaged, I figured it is not worth
the trouble. Now, on my other TR-6 the crash pads are in good condition and
can be used. What is the best way of getting them off without cracking the
foam? Is the foam glued to the fascia frame? Please help me save some money. :)
