I'm currently prepping my car for painting & have the body removed. I
don't believe that the TR3 was painted with the body on the frame,
simple because the bottom is painted body color, but the frame is black.

I'm goint to paint the bottom of the car first, then the wheel wells,
engine compartment, passenger interior, bott interior, scuttle, tonneu
and doglegs together, then therear apron. Doors, boot and bonnet lid,
spare tire cover and wings will be done apart from the car.
