The original Vitesse 1600 -- nee Sports 6 in USA -- production totaled a
bit over 31,000, of which only 8447 (including the 679 Sports 6s) were
convertibles. Apparently some quantity of both convertible and saloon
versions of the 1600 were sold in Canada, badged as Vitesses.

At any rate, the first version was the most numerous. The 2-litre
production totalled just under 11,000, and the "Mk.2" just over 9100.
Neither version made it officially to the U.S. (Darn!)
