Lewis,
  According to my sources (parts manual), the hole to the left of the
tach is for the ignition switch, and the hole to the right of the speedo
is the "Lighting & Illumination Master Switch".  The upper hole between
the tach and speedo is the "Flasher Warning Light" (turn signals??).  My
dash is apart also, so if this is incorrect, I'm *SURE* I will be
suitably corrected!  Offhand, I can't help you with the speedo reset
holes.  Good luck,
