These sorts of pins are used on many types of drum brakes.  My Chevette
spring kit came with new pins (and spring 'clips'-- different springs,
same method- push & turn)

If I dig I may be able to find the old pin.  You may also want to try an
auto supply store, see if they have a 'brake parts' bin you can paw
through.

I rebuilt one side of my TR4, but it has had a brake job recently (within
last 10 years) and the pins, springs, etc were all in pretty good shape.
