It actually depends on what time of day we use the phone with regards to the
cost, in the evenings it's 1 pence a minute I think. Anyway, yes your right
that is a reason why the internet isn't so big over here. Working at a
University College we have a fast connection to the internet, but.....this will
be chargeable per institution per Mbyte of data downloaded from US sites at the
begining of August. :-( At the minute it's a free service provided by a
government body called JANET(Joint Academic NETwork).

See above, I don't really bother using the internet at home as like you said,
to download anything big, it would cost too much, might aswell wait until I get
to work :-)
