First let me say thanks to everyone who posted replies to my inane
situation with the ball joints. I was successful in getting all the
parts of the front. No I'm in the process of cleaning up the wishbone
(removing surface rust and repainting). I have a couple of questions
for the group.
1. Urethane vs. rubber bushings. Do the urethane bushings make that
much of a difference?
2. KONI shocks. There is a 3/8" plate on top of the KONI shock on the
driver's side but not on the passenger side. Is this to accommodate the
drivers weight? Or should there be a plate on the passenger side as
well? All the manuals I have don't show any plates on top of the shock
for either side.
