Don't do that up here in Northern Virginia. Lady got a ticket for putting on 
her 
make-up while driving. Too bad they didn't see the guy I was following the 
other day. He was lounging across the front seat talking on the phone, 
running his hands through his hair. picking his nose, gesturing as he talked. 
Yes, he was in the drivers seat and we were travelling at about 75. He must 
have really good knees.
