Same situation here. I ordered a photo at VTR also, but still not yet arrived.
I remember a thread a week or so ago where someone called the photographer and
was told they were waiting for a decision from the host club about which photo
to use.
The convention was great, well organized and they are probably taking a well
deserved break.
