The 'Tliump Accraim' was to all intents and purposes a Honda Ballade.

Had a few sheet metalwork differences, 1300 Honda lump and they
made about 300,000 of them in Oxford - of all places, at
Sacred Cow-ley.

This makes it about as much a 'genuine' Triumph as is a
Mercedes made out of a reworked Zlin and assembled in Singapore.

In spite of all that, there are still quite a number running around in the
UK and being largely Jap it was/is pretty reliable.
