It's possible.  Depends on how badly warped the rim is (these are steel
wheels, right?)  Much more than half an inch is danger zone.

If you don't go faster than 30 you will be fine.  BUT that means you
shouldn't go on the freeway.  Got a friend with a trailer?  

Personally I would have it trailered anyway, in case it decides to demand
attention halfway home...
