Triumphisti, I tried to answer this.  Any TR6 folks have a different idea?  (

Eric, the TR clutch has nothing to do with the ignition.  That came 20 years
later.  The clutch is strictly mechanical with an hydraulic boost.

Suggest you check ALL the mechanical links, i.e. clutch pedal to clutch master
cylinder, master cylinder to hose which goes to the slave cylinder.  Then see
if the clutch "cross-shaft" is moving.  If that is the case - that is, if all
that is AOK - then you have an hydraulic problem or a problem internal to the
clutch itself.
