Art,

My guess is that's 608185, which clamps the column just before it goes
through the firewall. Between it and the steering column you need a
piece of felt (608223).

Under the column, it bolts through another felt (608222), the front end
of your H-shaped anti-torque strap (154168) and a tab mounted to the
firewall itself.

Don't forget the firewall seal (633679)

If, however, it has a flange on one face with two bolt holes, it is
611530, which goes round a spring clip (609639) before engaging in its
counterpart under the steering column (611529). 611530 also bolts to the
back of your metal dash.

Either of these parts are important for the safety and function of your
steering system.
