With all due respect, did you ask what the shipping charges would be when 
you called? Have you contacted them since on what could have been a 
misunderstanding either on your part or theirs? Perhaps they have a 
minimum shipping charge? Perhaps they goofed?

No financial interest in TRF or anyone else; just an observation that 
it's much easier for any outfit to make good (or at least defend their 
position on) a deal or transaction if THEY hear about it from the customer.
