Greg,
Most auto stores carry SEM vinyl paint.  Works very well if you use the
prep spray they also sell.  Do a thorough job of it and the paint will
outlive your vinyl.  The PO of my 70 TR6 changed the interior from Tan
to Black, seats and all, and after forteen years of use I'm just
starting to see places where the color is showing through.  I also used
it to blacken the sunfaded carpet in my daily driver and no one would
ever be able to tell.  Just follow directions.
