Ignition Problem

Here is a problem that I have that probably has a simple answer, it's
just excapes me at this time of night.
Car won't start.  Turns over fine.  No spark at plugs.  With switch on
have current at both posts of coil .  Attach wire from pos post to
distributor and, guess what, no current at distributor.  Low tension
wire is new and is not broken.  Points, condenser and low tension wire
in distributor are new.
What's the problem?  Help
