Check the point gap, and also ensure that the points are opening and
closing (remove battery leads, remove plugs, turn engine over by hand with
dizzy cap off, and watch the works)

Long ago another lister had a similar problem; the point gap was set with
the little cam set in the wrong spot, so that the points never closed; the
reverse can be true too (never open)

Another fun thing to try is to hook it all up and crank it over in the
dark, if you see sparks, then usually you can find the faulty bit; all
plugs not firing is usually a problem before the coil-rotor-cap-wires-
plugs... you may also want to try a new condensor, they're notorious for
failing out of the box.
