I want to thank everyone who replied to my question regarding a '70
engine, '73 tranny, and J type overdrive. It looks like the engine and
tranny might not be a problem, however, no overdrive without the
mainshaft. As I am at work I don't have the commission #'s with me, but
I will check all numbers to make sure the years, etc. are right. Also,
another note, the '70 has a commission number with LO at the end.
Intriguing as it has no overdrive (none that I can see), and looks like
if it ever had one it was a LONG time ago. Too bad.
