Yes.

A full, frame-off restoration has been known to help suffers of this
pernicious malady, but the disease seems to frequently re-occur in a few
years. Many people who complete the cure go on to get "Projectitis",
where they continually acquire cars that "just need a little TLC".

Nah, it takes at least a month to get quite that bad <g>

Actually, I redid my front steering/suspension last spring, and it still
looks pretty good.
