Well, both my Spits, the street Mark 1 and the Killer, sport the
basic rebuilt $35 dollar discount auto store alternators, made to fit
a 1980 Camaro, 350 V8.  You'll have to fab some brackets, but it should
not be difficult.  One of the articles at the www.vtr.org site talks
about which of the terminals goes where, can't remember offhand which
is which.  And of course, I'm too lazy to actually get up, walk out to
the garage and take a look!
