TR6 steering wheel hub for replacement with a MotoLita hub? I don't have
the proper (?Churchill) puller. Is there a satisfactory substitute? Any
special advice on how not to foul up the steering column?

I don't have a Fool Proof method but the method I use involves pulling up
on the wheel whilst rapping on the shaft with a soft faced hammer such as a
lead or brass hammer.
Hasn't failed to work yet.
