David,

Late TR-6 panels have a grab handle in the middle of the door panel, but they 
won't
fit on your TR-250 doors as there is no cut-out for the grab handle to recess 
into.
IMHO your best bet is to install the TR-250 panels and leave the padded door 
capping
off (hope you painted the top edges of the doors), then install a TR-4 type pull
handle above the panel, leaving the correct TR-250 panel intact.  Just drill 
two holes
and position the handle right above the door panel.  It'll work great for 
closing the
doors and if you ever take the seals out again, you can simply remove the TR-4 
handle
and glue the correct top pad on, covering up the screw holes.
