I believe Greenlee makes portable punches that punch this type of hole.  A
company that makes custom electrical panels would be able to punch these
holes.  I don't think you want to purchase this equipment to punch a couple
of holes.

I know this has been discussed before, but I can't find the references now
:).  Does anyone know a source for punches to make the d shaped holes as use
on our dashes?  I checked the check the usual sources (McMaster-Carr, MSC,
etc.) to no avail.
